    2. Use of the Website

    The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Website.     ALCONER S.L. shall have the right to investigate and report any of the aforementioned conduct in accordance with the law, as well as to cooperate with the authorities in the investigation of such actions.

    ALCONER S.L. may temporarily suspend, without prior notice, access to the Website for maintenance, repair, updating or improvement operations. Nevertheless, whenever circumstances allow, ALCONER S.L. will inform the User in advance of the expected date of suspension of the Services.

    ALCONER S.L. shall not be liable for the use that Users may make of the Content included on the Website.

      3. Intellectual Property

        ALCONER S.L. declares that it has adopted the necessary measures which, within its capabilities and in accordance with the state of the art, ensure the proper functioning of its Website, as well as the absence of viruses and harmful components. However, ALCONER S.L. shall not be liable for:
        (i) the continuity and availability of the Content and Services;
        (ii) the absence of errors in such Content or the correction of any defects that may occur;
        (iii) the absence of viruses and/or other harmful components;

          6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

          The relationship between ALCONER S.L. and the User shall be governed by the applicable Spanish legislation in force, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, Spain.
